Welcome to Dot AI ("Dot", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services, technologies, products, and platform provided by Dot AI, including our website located at https://traindot.ai ("Site"), applications, smart contracts, and any other tools or utilities associated with our AI and Web3 infrastructure (collectively, the "Platform").
Please read these Terms carefully. By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Platform.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Dot AI's services, website, or applications (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.
Dot AI reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes through our Services or by other means. Your continued use of the Services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
2. Services Overview
Dot AI provides AI-native tools and infrastructure for the Web3 ecosystem. Our services may include but are not limited to:
- AI model training, hosting, and deployment
- Decentralized data and compute access
- Token-gated functionalities and smart contract integrations
- Identity and access systems tied to on-chain credentials
Dot AI reserves the right to modify or discontinue any part of the Platform without notice.
3. Web3 Wallets and Blockchain Interaction
Access to certain features may require the connection of a non-custodial Web3 wallet (e.g., MetaMask, WalletConnect). By connecting your wallet, you acknowledge and accept:
- You are solely responsible for your wallet and its contents, including any tokens or credentials.
- Dot AI does not custody, access, or control your private keys or digital assets.
- Transactions conducted via blockchain networks are irreversible and final.
We are not responsible for any loss due to wallet misuse, user error, phishing, smart contract bugs, or network failures.
4. AI Training and Content Usage
You may upload data or interact with our AI models for training, inference, or other uses. By doing so, you represent and warrant that:
- You have all rights, licenses, and permissions to use and share the content.
- You do not upload or generate prohibited content (see Section 8).
- You grant Dot AI a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process and use your input for the purpose of providing services, improving models, and analytics, unless explicitly opted out where applicable.
Where applicable, you retain ownership of your content.
5. Token Utility and Smart Contracts
The Platform may include features powered by smart contracts and/or native tokens (e.g., DOT AI Token). You understand and agree that:
- Smart contracts are autonomous and immutable. Interacting with them involves risk.
- Dot AI is not liable for any outcomes from smart contract interactions.
- Token utility, staking, rewards, or governance features are provided "as is" and are subject to change.
Tokens may not represent securities or equity and should not be considered as such unless explicitly stated.
6. Intellectual Property
All Platform content, designs, code, documentation, logos, and branding are the intellectual property of Dot AI or its licensors. Except where permitted under open-source licenses or fair use, you may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit permission.
7. User Conduct
You agree not to use the Platform to:
- Violate any law, regulation, or third-party right
- Distribute malware, engage in phishing, or harm the Platform's integrity
- Engage in illegal, exploitative, or harmful AI use cases
- Attempt to reverse engineer, probe, or exploit any part of the Platform or its smart contracts
- Use bots or automated systems in ways that violate rate limits or terms
Dot AI reserves the right to restrict or terminate access for any user who violates these provisions.
8. Prohibited Content
You may not use the Platform to generate, distribute, or promote content that is:
- Hate speech, harassment, or violent threats
- Illegal or infringing on intellectual property
- Deepfakes or misinformation without labeling
- Pornographic, exploitative, or otherwise inappropriate under applicable laws
We reserve the right to moderate or restrict access to any content that violates these guidelines.
9. Third-Party Services and Integrations
The Platform may contain links or integrations to third-party services (e.g., blockchain networks, IPFS, oracles). We do not control these services and are not liable for their availability, content, or policies.
Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
10. Disclaimers
No Warranty: The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Risk Disclosure: Interacting with AI and Web3 technologies involves inherent risk. You accept full responsibility for outcomes resulting from your use of the Platform.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dot AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, or any loss of data, profits, or digital assets, arising from your use of the Platform.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dot AI, its affiliates, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, or legal fees arising from your use of the Platform, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
13. Modifications
Dot AI may revise these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on the Site. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
14. Governing Law
